Do you have a store front?
We do not currently have a storefront. All orders are made to order and arranged for pickup or delivery. Please contact us to place an order.
How does Pickup work?
Yes, we offer pick up at our location in St. Catharines, Ontario Canada. Once we confirm your event date, a pick up date and time will be confirmed with you.
Please note that all orders must be picked up during the scheduled pickup window. A late pickup fee will apply to orders picked up outside the agreed-upon time, as additional arrangements may be required.
If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate you.
How far in advance should I place an order?
We recommend placing your order at least two weeks in advance to help ensure availability. During busy seasons and around holidays, booking even earlier is encouraged, as our calendar can fill up quickly. If you need cookies on shorter notice, feel free to reach out—we'll do our best to accommodate your request based on our schedule.
Do you offer custom cakes for special occasions?
At this time, we specialize exclusively in custom-decorated sugar cookies and do not offer cakes. Focusing on sugar cookies allows us to give every order the attention to detail and creativity it deserves. Are any of your products vegan or allergen-friendly?
At this time, we do not offer vegan or allergen-friendly cookies. Our cookies are made in a kitchen where common allergens, including wheat, dairy, eggs, and nuts, may be present. If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, we recommend that you do not consume our products.
